No, seriously, what IS life coaching?

Coaching is learning to manage your mind through rewiring neural pathways in your brain. It’s called neuroplasticity, aka your brain’s glow-up feature. Changing your thoughts actually makes new little circuits in your brain that change your actions and your outcomes. It’s like renovating your house while living in it. And you’re in charge of building what you want.

Nervous system regulation and somatic therapy (bodywork) are based on Polyvagal Theory and research in the fields of traumatic stress and post-traumatic growth and recovery. Sounds serious, yes. But listen! Your nervous system is like your phone battery. When you’re running on empty (from stress, anxiety, too much doing), your body’s basically in low-power mode, and everything starts glitching.
So, regulating your nervous system? It’s like plugging yourself into a charger so you don’t go feral at work or start crying in the grocery store.
And because nobody likes glitching…I use a trauma-informed combination of mind and body work to help you heal and release what is holding you back or keeping you stuck.
Basically, you know how you’re always exhausted, on the go, and somehow still feel like you’re not doing enough? Yeah, that’s not just “how life is.” That’s burnout, and I am your personal guide to getting your sh*t together without losing your mind.

Yeah, I used to think that too.
When I was working as a full-time veterinarian and even as a medical director, I was exhausted. I couldn’t see another way. I had to “keep on keeping on” just to stay afloat.

How long does coaching last?
Private one-on-one coaching is tailored to your individual needs and goals. On our consultation call, we will determine the duration and how I can best support you. Sessions are typically held weekly and last 45 minutes.
Group coaching programs typically run for 6-8 weeks. Group sessions are held weekly and run 60 – 90 minutes.
